Imagine. A bakery just for you. A stunning place. In Las Vegas.  All brand new, top of the line equipment (including three incredible ovens from Germany). No cross contamination. Fine quality ingredients.  Baked fresh daily. 100% Safe. And most of all, delicious.
Different kinds of Breads. Hamburger Buns. Pizza Crusts. Cupcakes. Lemon Loaves. Brownies. Coffee Cake. Banana Bread. Cookies. And more. Much more.

Victoria just returned from Las Vegas, where for the past week she was working with Melissa Zimmerman, the proud owner of Las Vegas' premier gluten free bakery,  Beau Monde Bakery. It's GF PATISSERIE'S first international license. Which in essence means you will get the same fine gluten free baked goods in Las Vegas as here in Calgary and at Nourish in Paradise, Newfoundland.

What better place than Vegas? It's the one city that everyone visits or wants to visit. And now, Celiacs have a spot all of their own there, 15 minutes off the strip, catering to them and all they want, for making an exciting holiday even better.
Imagine. Buying fresh, tasty gluten free breads or cakes while staying in one of the most exciting holiday destinations in America. Take some bread your favorite restaurant.  Skip dessert. Eat a Brownie. Order breakfast in your room. You already have the bread. Once word gets out locally, many local restaurant will carry Upper Crust's baked goods, so please bookmark that website for frequent updates: www.beaumondebakery.com

Stay tuned here or on their website for final opening date details. And please, tell all your friends who are headed to Vegas. It will get you major Brownie points. Guaranteed.

I hope to see an actual opening date soon. It looks like a fantastic store. Can you have the owner call me and we can set up a LV celiac support group meeting with her? also, if you or they do a press release please send it to me and I will send out a special announcement to the group. Thanks, Jenn Sullivan, owner
P.S. I also own a pest control company so if they need someone we can provide affordable monthly service.

borders can be created with all different kinds of shapes including straight lines, stars, rosettes, and shells. Borders add that simple, finishing touch to cakes and are usually created along the top and bottom edges of the cake. Really, any type of cake decorating tip can be used to create borders.Bakery Equipment

So excited for you and Victoria....and of course for us here in Vegas! When I met you both last year and tasted some of the goodies, I was serious when I said it was some of the absolute BEST gluten free baked goods I had EVER tasted. Can't WAIT to hear the "opening date." CONGRATS again!

Congrats to everyone! Upper Crust looks like it's going to be absolutely fantastic for all in Las Vegas and nearby. So happy that Victoria's expertise--with her flour mix and recipe--is coming to the USA! ;-)
